Mover and shaker born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana — home of good food, good people and good times.

I currently reside in Lafayette, Louisiana with my family and a small zoo of dogs, parrots and cats.  Lafayette is a very nice place; however, my heart & soul is still and will always be in "The Big Easy."

I'm fortunate enough to be married over 25 years to man that loves and cares for me deeply.  I've been blessed with one son, love to cook, eat, read and always loved to write.
